PENTASYARUFAN ZAKAT KEPADA MUSTAHIQ; STUDI KOMPARATIF KETENTUAN ASHNAF MENURUT ULAMA AHLI TAFSIR, AHLI FIQIH DAN ULAMA AHLI NAHWU

Abstract

The different opinions beetween tafsir, nahwu and fiqih experts makes a big difference in the its
application. The study aims to define zakat recipient (mustahiq) according to Tafsir, Nahwu and fiqih
experts and its consequences. This research is a descriptive literature study. Data collection in this study
was carried out using documentation and analysis data by using content analysis model. The results
showed that all experts agreed that there were only 8 groups who receive zakat. The consequences are three
of different opinion between them.
The first group allows zakat to be given to some group even though there were in eight groups. The second
group obliges dividing zakat evenly among eight groups, at least each group of three people. The third
group does not oblige everything. The occurrence of this difference is due to differences in interpretation the
letter "lam". The first opinion says "lam" means "Ikhtishos" or specificity. The second opinion says
"lam" means "lil milki" or ownership. The three "Lam" in the above verse means "Syibhil milki"
