Abstract

this study is descriptive qualitative with observational data analysis techniques, interviews and

training, where this training is one of the coaching techniques to increase the insight / knowledge of teachers
and provide opportunities for teachers to improve their knowledge and skills by studying to a higher level of
education. Training activities (Diklat). With certification, it will spur teachers' enthusiasm to improve
themselves, improve the quality of knowledge, and professionalism in the world of education. The
implementation of professionalism Follows various forms of upgrading and workshops, deeds, and so on.
Empowerment of teacher competence or Teacher Working Group (KKG) through subject teacher
deliberation organizations (MGMP Increase teacher knowledge By delegating teachers to educational
activities that aim to improve their professionalism both in the form of seminars and upgrades, increasing
teacher creativity by stimulating and arousing teachers' enthusiasm in teaching Factors that influence the
principal and increase teacher professionalism are from the teacher himself who does not provide motivation
and semgat so that the implementation of learning is not carried out properly, there are also external
