Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of corn buying and selling transactions with the slash

system. This slash-and-buy trading system is carried out between the buyer and the seller when the seller has

not taken (harvested) his fruitful agricultural produce but it is not yet the time to be harvested (harvested) so

that the seller does not know clearly how much yield he will get at the harvest. so that it can be formulated

in this study that how to carry out corn buying and selling transactions, an overview of Islamic law, and the

constraints and solutions in carrying out corn buying and selling transactions with the slash system. The

purpose of this study was to describe and find out about the implementation of corn buying and selling

transactions, an overview of Islamic law, and the constraints and solutions in carrying out corn buying and

selling transactions with the slash system. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The

results of the study show that the review of Islamic law buying and selling corn with the slash system is valid.

The buying and selling contract is in accordance with the pillars and conditions. The obstacle is that the

growth of planted corn is disrupted, such as being exposed to pests. Then the solution is to carry out

treatment by providing medicines and nutrients to the corn plants.
