Abstract

National education based on Pancasila aims to improve the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans
who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, have personality, are disciplined, work hard,
are tough, responsible, independent, intelligent and skilled and physically fit. and spiritual. The problems
that want to be studied in this research are: Is there any influence of student discipline on Fiqh learning
achievement in class XII IPS 1 MAN 1 Tuban in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.
The purpose of this action research is: to determine whether there is an influence of student discipline on
the learning achievement of fiqh class XII IPS 1 MAN 1 Tuban in the odd semester of the academic
year 2021/2022. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population
of this research is the students of class XII IPS 1 as many as 27 students. Because the subjects were less
than 100, the researcher took all the population as research samples with a significance level of 5%. The
variables in this study were student discipline (X) and student achievement (Y). Methods of data
collection by questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used
product moment correlation analysis. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a
significant effect of student discipline on Fiqh learning achievement, because the value of r obtained was
greater than the value of r in the table, namely 0.796 > 0.444. The conclusion of this study is that the
learning outcomes or fiqh learning achievements obtained by the students of class XII Social Sciences 1
Odd semester at MAN 1 Tuban are generally good. This is due to the discipline or awareness to
discipline some students are good. All of this is caused by the student's own factors, both internal and
external factors. From that cause so that students who are disciplined will affect their learning achievement. Thus the more discipline is enforced in Fiqh teaching and learning activities, the better the
Fiqh learning achievement achieved by students.
