KONSEP DANA NON-HALAL PADA HOTEL SYARIAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

The development of sharia-compliant businesses is increasing in the field of Islamic-based hospitality.
Syaria Hotels is a necessity in Indonesia as a country that needs its inhabitants to be Muslim. This study
uses normative methods, with the results of research on sharia hotels supported by the Sharia Supervisory
Board (DPS), the government needs regulations as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy
Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Sharia Hotel Businesses, and
efforts to support halal funds and non-halal funds are a place, and are a standardized hotel for sharia
alternatives to the first moon and hilal II.
