MODEL KEPEMIMPINAN PROFETIK DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER RELIGIUS PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP MAMBA’US SHOLIHIN 8 KATERBAN SENORI TUBAN

Abstract

Leadership is a decision and is more the result of a process of character change or internal transformation
within a person. Leadership is not a position or title, but a birth from a long process of change in a
person. Various cases that are not in line with ethics, morality, manners or behavior that shows low
character have become so prevalent in society. Not a few of these despicable behaviors are shown by
educated people, this proves that education and inculcation of religious values are lacking in forming a
commendable character. Therefore, a prophetic leader is needed in shaping the religious character of
students at SMP Mamba'us Sholihin 8 Katerban Senori Tuban. The results of this study are: 1)
Prophetic Leadership Model in Shaping Students' Religious Character is carried out through: a) shiddiq,
b) amanah, c) Fathonah, d) tabligh. 2) Implications of the Prophetic Leadership Model in Shaping the
Religious Character of Students, namely: a) Honest character and religiosity of religious activities; b)
Moral character and discipline; c) The character of the Spirit of Jihad; d) Exemplary Character; e)
Trustworthy character and f) Tolerance character, kindness, eliminating violence and crime or deviant
behavior.
