MANAJEMEN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SEKOLAH BERBASIS PONDOK PESANTREN DI SMP NU BANCAR TUBAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024
Abstract
This study examines the strategic management of Islamic boarding school development. The formulation of
the problem in this study is how planning is carried out in developing Islamic boarding school-based schools,
how the implementation of strategic programs in developing Islamic boarding school-based schools, and how
evaluations are carried out in developing Islamic boarding school-based schools. The data sources in this
study were the principal, Islamic boarding school caretakers, and teacher representatives from the institution.
Data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis
techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity check using
triangulation technique. The results of the study showed that planning includes environmental analysis
carried out by habituating ubudiyah practices, habituating disciplined living, habituating listening to the
recitation of the Qur'an and strategic programs by integrating religious lessons with general lessons,
Procurement of Islamic boarding schools for students who want to settle, Various extracurricular activities
Implementation of strategic programs carried out in the development of Islamic boarding school-based
schools, namely by integrating religious lessons with general lessons, procurement of Islamic boarding schools
for students who want to settle, various extracurricular activities. And evaluations are carried out by
evaluating learning programs, educators, students, and evaluation of facilities and infrastructure.
