PENERAPAN SISTEM SYARIAH PADA PENYALURAN PEMBIAYAAN MODAL KERJA DI PT. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (BSI) CABANG REMBANG DALAM PERSEPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM

Abstract

Islamic law, which is contained in the Qur'an and Al Hadith, is applied in every place and time where
Muslims stand, guided by the methodology of the ulama' who always direct us towards our direction and
goals so that we can easily understand the essence of Islamic law. The ulama' also discovered the existence of
other sources of law, namely ijma' qisas, istihsan, maslahah murrasa, urf, istishab, saddu adzaroi', fathu
adzaro'i. The application of sharia is often a threat when it collides with a binding system. Its application is
always limited by politics, social and culture, thus requiring adjustments in the form of tajdid, or renewal for
continuity and acculturation. This research aims to research and understand the application of the sharia
system within the scope of the Islamic Sharia Bank (BSI) Rembang Branch, to research and understand
the process by which funds are distributed, and to research and find out whether the system is in accordance
with sharia rules in the context of Islamic economics. This study uses empirical legal research with a sociocultural approach method. The techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and literature study
techniques. Data analysis is carried out on empirical data with a descriptive method, namely a method that
clearly describes the research topic being studied. and draw conclusions from the research. The results of the
analysis show that: 1) How is the Implementation of the Sharia System at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia
(BSI) Rembang Branch implemented in transaction contracts and in reality, factors that make Islamic
banks different from conventional banks. 2) How is the process distribution of Working Capital Financing
at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Rembang Branch which needs to be analyzed and traced to then be
used as a basis 3) How is the Islamic Economic Perspective on Working Capital Financing at PT. Bank
Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Rembang Branch, considering that the implementation of the system in theory is
not enough, it must be proven with the existing reality, so there are several proposals and suggestions to
overcome this, namely that it needs to be socialized again with the Rembang community, the results of the
research above are expected to be a solution to the problems above. , as a form of concern for others and a
form of implementation of Islamic law in the reality that occurs in society.
