PROTEKSI TERHADAP HAK KESELAMATAN TENAGA KERJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM DAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA

Abstract

This study aims to explore and describe one of the problems faced by Indonesian human resources in the
employment sector, namely the right to work safety. Owners of capital or companies still treat workers as
objects and not as work subjects. The company's treatment of workers has not shown serious attention. It
is proven that there are not a few work accidents in companies that actually understand their obligations
to protect workers. This kind of treatment is prohibited in Islam. Meanwhile, in the study of human
rights (HAM), it can also be categorized as a violation of human rights.
