Abstract

This research is backgrounded by the lack of teachers in instilling the principles of classroom management, especially in the variety and cultivation of self-discipline, causing a lack of student learning motivation in following learning. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between class management and the learning motivation of class V MI Raudlatus Shibyan Bajingjowo students, Sarang District, Rembang Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year and how big the relationship is. This study aims to find out the presence or absence of these relationships and how big the relationship is. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative type correlational techniques. The population of this study was class V MI Raudlatus Shibyan students who numbered 24 students with a saturated sample technique, namely the entire population would be the sample. The data collection techniques used include observations, interviews, likert-scale questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used tested for validity, reliability, homogeneity and normality, and then tested the correlation of product moments to determine the presence or absence and magnitude of the relationship. The results of the analysis of this study obtained the value of Sig. 0.000, that means the value of Sig. 0.050 > 0.000 then it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Meanwhile, the pearson correlation value was obtained at 0.661 and according to the criteria that the > was 0.661 > 0.388 so that it was concluded that there was a relationship between class management and the learning motivation of class V MI raudlatus Shibyan Bajingjowo students, Sarang District, Rembang Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year which showed that the relationship was strong in terms of the interpretation value, which was between 0.60 – 0.799
