IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DI MI NAHDLOTUS SIBYAN SUGIHAN JATIROGO TAHUN AJARAN 2020/2021
Abstract
Student management is an arrangement and management of all activities related to students from the time students enter until they leave a madrasah or educational institution. Student management activities are an important part that must be considered in organizing educational activities in madrasahs. Student management activity programs that are carried out must be based on the interests, considerations and improvement of students' abilities in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor fields and in accordance with the desires, talents and interests of students. This study aims to determine the implementation of student management at MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The source of information for this research is the Principal of MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo and his Education Personnel. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Student Management at MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo has not been implemented properly. This can be seen from the existing indicators regarding student management, namely: analysis of student needs, student recruitment including (Formation of a committee, Formulating registration requirements, Dissemination of information, Providing registration forms, Implementation of registration and Implementation of registration), student selection, orientation, grouping of students, coaching and development of students including (Student discipline coaching, Extracurricular Activities, Guidance and Counseling, Special Services), recording and reporting, as well as graduates and alumni. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of the Implementation of Student Management at MI Nahdlotus Sibyan Sugihan Jatirogo has not gone well and has not been implemented optimally. This can be seen from several indicator points that have been implemented poorly, including: the stage of analyzing student needs, student selection, coaching and development of students.Downloads
