SISTEM PEMBELAJARAN PONDOK PESANTREN MA’HADULILMI ASY-SYAR’IE DALAM MEMBENTUK KEPRIBADIAN SANTRI TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022 2023

Abstract

Education is a process as well as a system that leads and manifests in the attainment of ideal human qualities. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, there is also competition in all areas of human life, including competition in the field of education, the Islamic boarding school system is recognized as the oldest education system and is able to produce a quality generation. The formulation of the problem discussed in this study is how the Islamic boarding school learning system is, the efforts made in shaping the personality of the students, the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping the personality of the students at the Ma'hadul Ilmi Asy-Syar'ie Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research types and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. As for analyzing the data the author uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) the learning system of the Ma'hadul Ilmi Asy-Syar'ie Islamic boarding school still applies the traditional learning system and according to theory includes learning objectives, learning materials and learning curriculum, learning methods, learning media and learning evaluation. (2) provide good motivation and example, tawadlu' and ta'dzim to a teacher especially to the community. (3) Factors supporting the education system in shaping the personality of the santri are the advice of caregivers and coaches, evaluation of monthly and quarterly child trials, adequate boarding facilities, the role of the teacher, Islamic boarding school regulations, awareness of students and administrators, and a sincere heart lillahi ta'ala. The inhibiting factors are lack of awareness on the part of students, students do not care about existing regulations, leaders do not care about race, the influence of friends is not good, family relations are not harmonious, people do not pay attention to their children's education, students do not care about competitions, often leave the hut at night, and a sense of laziness arises.The conclusion of the results of this study is that the learning system of the Ma'hadul Ilmi AsySyar'ie Islamic boarding school is running well and is running well and applying the traditional learning system in order to realize students who are smart and have good morals. There are several efforts made by Islamic boarding schools in shaping personality starting from imitating the Prophet Muhammad in everyday life, being disciplined in all predetermined activities, studying moral books, often providing motivation and good examples, tawadlu' and ta'dzim to a teacher especially to masyayikh. Supported by advice from caregivers and coaches, Islamic boarding school regulations, Islamic boarding school regulations and a sincere heart
