PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBANGUN BUDAYA ORGANISASI; STUDI FENOMENOLOGI DI SMP BINA ANAK SHOLEH (BAS) TUBAN
Abstract
The success of a leader is not an accidental phenomenon, but rather because he has one of the competencies, namely building organizational culture. Organizational culture is the disposition or character, personality that is built by members of an organizational community and has the power to develop and mobilize all resources to achieve organizational goals. In this research, qualitative research was used Education Phenomenology This phenomenological study aims to describe and analyze phenomena, events, activity, social, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions of thoughts. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, involved observation and documentation review. From the analysis of the results of the study of the data collected in this research, the following findings were obtained: 1) The organizational culture that developed at SMP Bina Anak Shole (BAS) Tuban is a culture of shyness, seniority, courage to take risks, accompanied by values developed in values. jihad, devotion and togetherness, 2) The leader's behavior in building organizational culture has performed a function in group maintenance relationships oriented employees such as leaders often provide examples, understand the conditions of subordinates, and role model in internalizing developing cultural values, 3) the leadership behavior of school principals can carry out transformational leadership because the leader has built commitment and trust in subordinates well accompanied by participative and charismatic.Downloads
