ANALISIS DAYA SAING DAN PENERAPAN STRATEGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
The world environment is experiencing changes caused by globalization and technological developments, which also have an impact on the development of a society within a country. Therefore, educational institutions in carrying out the learning process need to align with the competencies required by the global community, companies (agencies) and government in accordance with the current developing environment. Educational institutions must make various efforts so that the students they produce are able to compete in the Global Era so that society remains confident that these educational institutions are capable of producing a generation that is in line with the needs of the times. This article examines the efforts made by MTs Nurul Anwar in formulating a strategy for improving the quality of educational institutions so that they can become competitive educational institutions and continue to gain the trust of the public as quality educational institutions. The findings from this research show that MTs Nurul Anwar, through various policies implemented by the Principal, carried out a Swot Analysis to determine the potential, opportunities, challenges and internal threats of the institution so that later it could be decided on the appropriate leadership pattern and according to the needs in developing each student's potential at the institution. Through School-Based Management combined with an innovative leadership style, finally MTs Nurul Anwar Gapura Sumenep succeeded in appearing as a quality Islamic Education Institution which was marked by the high level of enthusiasm of the community in sending their sons and daughters as students to this institution and also various academic achievements at both local and national levels. has been achieved by the InstitutionDownloads
