PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KELAS TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI KELAS QIROATUL KUTUB MA AL ANWAR SARANG REMBANG
Abstract
This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students during the learning process, as indicated by their lack of active participation. The research problem is whether classroom management affects students' learning motivation in class XB of MA Al Anwar Sarang Rembang in the 2024/2025 academic year, and to what extent classroom management influences their learning motivation. A quantitative approach was used with an associative research type. A sample of 40 students from class XB was selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and document studies. Data analysis involved validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, simple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed a linear influence between classroom management and learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.05 < 0.595. The coefficient of determination was 0.054, indicating that classroom management influenced learning motivation by only 5.4%, while the remaining 94.6% was influenced by other factors. In conclusion, classroom management does have an influence on students’ learning motivation, although to a low degree.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa saat proses pembelajaran, terlihat dari kurang keaktifan saat proses pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah adakah pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas qiroatul kutub MA Al Anwar Sarang Rembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 dan seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di kelas qiroatul kutub MA Al Anwar Sarang Rembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif, sampel berjumlah 40 siswa kelas XB dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas, regresi linier sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat terdapat pengaruh linear antara manajemen kelas dan motivasi belajar dengan nilai Sig 0,05 < 0,595. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,054(5.4%) menunjukkan pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap motivasi belajar hanya sebesar 5,4%, sementara sisanya 94,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kesimpulannya, manajemen kelas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa meskipun dalam tingkat yang rendah.
